Vote For Doris Banham – To Help Save Death Row Dogs – Time Sensitive!

We’ve not got long but SAF has links with Doris Banham Dog Rescue and we like to help them when we can as they do a great job, so please go on this link, and then find the story by Karen – Lincolnshire to vote for Doris Banham Dog Rescue. Here’s why they deserve your vote:

“Trudie set up our rescue Doris Banham Dog Rescue in 2002 in memory of her mum- Doris Banham. Trudie spends every waking minute (and many when she should be asleep) trying to get dogs out of council pounds and into safe rescue places or we pay to board dogs in various boarding kennels in Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire & Yorkshire. The stress of having several lists of dogs that need Trudie’s help has taken their toll on Trudie health wise and money wise- but she picks herself up , and carries on. Shes a true champion in the world of dog rescue. She has saved over 10,000 dogs in the last 4 years from death row in council pounds. That in any animal lovers eyes is a small miricle.”

Each week the winner recieves a thousand pounds, this sum would prove invaluable in helping Doris Banham continue their great work. To find out more about Doris Banham please visit their site: www.dogsos.co.uk
